Malayan Tapir - Endangered
Tapirs appeared 56 to 34 million years ago and was one of the first modern mammals. Closest relative is the rhino. Feeds on grass and aquatic vegetation. Adult tapirs have few natural predators because of their size, very thick skin and fast runners.

Hartmann’s Mountain Zebra – Endangered
Found in the mountainous terrain (dry, stony, mountainous, hilly habitats) of Southwest Africa (Angola, Namibia, South Africa). Unique about Hartmann’s zebras are the dark brown stripes, a dewlap, a fold of loose skin hanging from the neck, and they live in bachelor groups or harems until ready to mate.

Zebra & White Rhinos
Grevy's Zebra Imperial Zebra and is the largest species of zebra from Kenya, Ethiopia areas of Africa. White Rhinos are not white but a mistranslation of the Dutch word "wijd", which means "wide" in English, and refers to the width of the rhino's mouth. White Rhinos weigh 3000-4000 pounds .

Okapi - Congo & Uganda Rainforests - Status Threatened
Unknown to until 1901. Okapis have stripes like zebras, but are actually most closely related to giraffes, and live in dense rain forests. 6 ft at the head and 5 ft at the shoulder, weigh 440 to 660 lbs, and eat grasses, fruits, ferns, fungi as well as plants poisonous to humans.

Florida Panthers
Although called Florida panthers, these shy cats once roamed throughout the entire Southeast from east Texas to the Atlantic and north to parts of Tennessee. Today they only live in south Florida and are on the brink of extinction, with only 100 cats remaining. They are the largest of the purring cats weigh up to 200 pounds.
